In bishop-and-pawn versus bishop with bishops of the same colour, the defender draws comfortably when the king stands on the queening square and the bishop simply stays active.
With bishops of the same colour, an extra pawn is not automatically decisive. The simplest drawing setup is to plant the king on the pawn's promotion square and let the bishop roam.
