Terms of service

The service

Lucena is a chess endgame training site. The free plan includes the Basics and King and Pawn chapters and ten reps a day. Pro and Lifetime unlock every chapter, unlimited reps and the tablebase explorer.

Billing

Pro is billed monthly or yearly and renews automatically until you cancel. Lifetime is a one-time payment for the current and future chapters. Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. If something is broken and we cannot fix it, email us and we will refund the current period.

Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.

Content

Lesson text, the curriculum structure and the site design belong to Lucena. The chess positions themselves are part of chess culture and are not claimed. You may not scrape, copy or resell the course.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep every verdict correct and the site available, but the service is provided as is. Rating gains depend on you.
