A knight and rook pawn on the seventh draw against a king in the corner because the knight can never pass the move. Every knight move either abandons the pawn or stalemates the defender.
This is the exception that every knight-ending player must know. White's pawn is on h7, protected by the knight on f6, and Black's king sits on h8. White's king is nowhere near, but even if it approached the result would not change as long as Black keeps the king oscillating between h8 and g7.
