Some tablebase wins need more than fifty moves without a capture or pawn move, so under the rules they are draws. As the defender, keep the pieces together and make White prove it, the clock is on your side.
The tablebase classifies this queen-versus-two-bishops position as a win for White, but with a distance to mate of over seventy moves and no capture available before move fifty, it is a draw under the fifty-move rule. Tablebases mark such positions as cursed wins; from the defender's side they are blessed losses.
